Awards Honor Significant Achievements in Neuroscience Research and Other Areas

From enterprising high school students to world-renowned researchers, the recipients of the 2009 AAN and AAN Foundation Awards are recognized for their top accomplishments in neuroscience research. Award recipients will be honored during the American Academy of Neurology and American Academy of Neurology Foundation Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, April 29, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Sheraton Grand Ballroom A-D. Microsoft co-founder Paul G. Allen, recipient of the 2009 AAN Foundation Public Leadership in Neurology Award, will be recognized at the luncheon.

Awards will be presented to recipients in the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. Some recipients will make presentations.
