New Method for Obtaining CME for the 2012 Annual Meeting: All CME Request Forms are Now Online

In an effort to be conscious of both the environment and your time, all 2012 Annual Meeting program evaluation forms will be handled electronically only—online at your convenience.

Beginning April 21, program evaluations will become available for attendees as courses are completed throughout the week.

Once the site is open for evaluations, you can follow the three easy steps to obtain your CME:

1. Log on to the website using your Registration ID (starts with an A) and AAN ID (six-digit number). You will be able to find both of these IDs on your badge, your tickets, or in your registration confirmation email.
2. Click on the evaluation type that you need to complete.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and submit your evaluation.

If you have any questions, you will be able to visit AAN Meeting Information in the Level 2 Lobby of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
