National Quality Forum Seeks Nominees for Health Information Technology Advisory Committee

The NQF is looking for individuals with Health Information Technology experience for possible inclusion on their HITAC committee.

This group is responsible for the following:

Test the requirements for eMeasures
Maintenance of the Quality Data Model
Review electronic specifications for endorsed measures and measures under consideration
Make recommendations on the endorsement and maintenance of HIT related consensus standards and the endorsement of candidate standards

The commitment requires two in-person meetings and four to five conference calls with the group.

Nominations are due by Friday, February 3, 2012, 6:00 p.m. ET.
