The AAN has responded to the needs of practicing members with a journal tailored to their interests.
Neurology® Clinical Practice debuts this month as a regularly published peer-reviewed subsidiary journal to Neurology®. The December issue will be mailed to members and Neurology subscribers at no additional cost and continue as a free Academy member benefit.
The primary focus of Neurology: Clinical Practice is to provide clinically helpful content to general neurology practitioners and put the broader scope of neurologic literature into perspective for subspecialists.
The December issue offers a discussion of the ethical challenges associated with genomic profiling, the assessment of the neurohospitalist as a career choice, and a debate on therapeutic options for treating multiple sclerosis.
Neurology: Clinical Practice will publish four issues in 2012 beginning in March and grow to become a six-issue publication in 2013.
