UnitedHealthcare (UHC) is looking for your feedback as part of its annual Physician and Practice Manager (PPM) Satisfaction Survey. In addition to the survey that was mailed out to select network physicians and practice managers, this year UHC made available an online option for those not selected.
Your voice matters! Successes such as the UHC Physician Advocate program, improvements to UHC's issue resolution processes, and call center service updates have resulted from the PPM satisfaction survey.
