The Neuro Film Festival, presented by the American Academy of Neurology, is an online video competition that aims to raise awareness about the need for why more funding is needed for research into the prevention, treatment, and cures of brain diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, stroke, brain injury, ALS, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and others.
